Overview
Repeated paper jams at the Registration Assembly caused by
overextending the Paper Access Plates or Lower Registration
Guide.
Situation
It is possible to overextend the Lower Registration Guide, small
green handle, and install the Toner Cartridge. This can cause:
1. Repeated paper jams (13.2, 13.3, 13.4, 13.5
errors) at the Registration Assembly.
2. Repeated 41.3 errors.
3. Bending of the Registration Assembly.
Solution / Action
Close the Lower Registration Guide before reinstalling Toner
Cartridge. If the errors persist or the Assembly is damaged
replace the Registration Assembly, RG5-3524-000CN.
